What is Tech Savvy Maui?

Tech Savvy Maui is a Portland, OR based PC and Mac based repair shop  and technology support center. We sell custom made Windows based PCs and provide troubleshooting and other tech related services.  Previously located on the island of Maui, HI, we continue to support our Maui customers via remote support based services.

When are you available?

Tech Savvy Maui is open by appointment Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5PM HST for remote support services and will have new hours for our downtown Portland office by appointment only.

Do you fix mobile phones?

We provide software support and services for mobile devices like iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. We do not offer hardware repairs however. We can help facilitate a repair with the manufacturer if you would like help setting up a repair.

Do you offer training classes?

We are currently planning our training courses. We plan to offer both remote and in person training courses in the near future. Email us to get more information one what we plan to cover and when we’ll be offering sign ups.

What services do you offer?

Mac troubleshooting and out of warranty repairs using Genuine Apple parts installed by a certified tech.

Software troubleshooting, system software reinstallation and restoration

Password resets, phone restores and computer up-cycling.

Malware and virus removal and security training.

Data transfer and recovery.

PC troubleshooting and repair. Custom PC building.

On-site support including, computer support as well as home and small business networks.

Document conversion

Data recovery (computer or hard drive)
