If you are stuck on something and would like us to take a look at things, but can’t make it in for an appointment or prefer to be in the comfort of your own home, Tech Savvy Maui offers remote support.  Using specialized software over a secure connection, we can see and communicate with you and your computer in order to solve your issue.  Billing is handled upon the resolution of your issue and starts at just $24.95.  Should you require an in store visit or repair, we can make arrangements as well.

How it works

Tech Savvy Maui’s remote support software leverages the power of the internet to establish a one-time secure link to your computer whether it’s a Mac or a PC.  Through that link, our technicians can guide you or take control to troubleshoot as well.  We can speak to each other over the phone, via an audio connection within the program, or via chat through a window.  We can even exchange files back and forth.


Our remote support software is secured by end-to-end 256-bit AES encryption, two-factor authentication, and other industry-grade security features.  In other words, it’s secure.  Each time a connection is established, a one-time, anonymous session code and password are generated, and will only work for the session singed up for by the customer.  The remote support software is widely accepted and used by software companies all over the world.

If you’d like to get started with your remote support session, please use our online scheduler to book an appointment.  You can also call to schedule an appointment at (808) 657-6259 Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  1. Start by selecting a data and time that works for you, fill out who you are, how to get in touch, and a basic description of what we need to work on and click “Book”.
  2. After a moment or two, an email containing summary of your booking, a link to the software needed and a description of the steps required to prepare your computer to work properly with the software when your booking time arrives.
  3. When your booking arrives, a technician will give you a call in order to answer any additional questions and to get started.  You’ll open the remote software at that time, and we’ll jump right in.
